Meet the Owner

Vanh Kalong, a thai refugee who immigrated to Canada with big dreams, opened MyThai Authentic Thai Food & Restaurant in 2001. Over 20 years later, her vision and hard work have built MyThai into an award-winning, community-focused restaurant, known for its authentic flavours and worm hospitality. Vanh has created a welcoming space where culture, food and community come together.
